The inspiration for this design came from the building itself. It was a beautifully constructed textile factory from the early 19th century. We implemented elements used in that period, like the textile wires, concrete , stone and wood and gave them a new life. We played with the infrastructure of this corporate office space. The exposed ceiling pipes and cement floors added a serious element to the rooms. We used this to our advantage and designed the room to complement rather than hide the personality of the building.
